Need a Clutch and Flywheel

Hey guys...well, its getting to be that time where I really really really need a new clutch and flywheel. I am pretty sure my flywheel has been warped for a while because i get a lot of wobble when I play with the clutch. I am curious what you guys think a good clutch/flywheel combo is. Let me know what you guys gave, and how you like it, or what you think I should go with/where online I should get them from. Thanks A lot

Re: Need a Clutch and Flywheel

Well I have a Centerforce Stage 2 clutch and a Fidanza 9lb flywheel in my car. I have had them for about 2 months now and I love them. I can tell the difference the second I got into my car. I think I paid 1200 to 1400 for the parts and installation together. Well worth the investment. When you have your put in just make sure you have someone who knows what they are doing. It's about a 6 hour job and mine took two days because the mechanic couldn't figure it out right away. If you have some spare change I would also put a LSD in at the same time. Have fun and good luck.

Re: Need a Clutch and Flywheel

i like the ACT setup, don't have any personal experience, but i don't think anyone has been dissapointed by an ACT clutch.

i also like my spec flywheel

oh yeah, and get the strengthened flywheel bolts too, the part number is somewhere on my cardomain page cuz i didnt' want to lose it.

check the group buys on club3g i think there was one for clutch/flywheel setups

Re: Need a Clutch and Flywheel

^^ i kno thanks i've heard spec can become slick when it is used too much in racing (consistent hard driving). That's the only reason i didn't suggest them, otherwise people seem to like them too.
