Pushrods and Rocker Arms

Well i havent taken her apart yet because i figured that if there is a bent pushrod i should replace them all for high performance ones right?
When i take the rocker arms off to check my pushrods how do i know how far to tighten them when i go to reasemble?
And were can i get pushrods?
