Brake noise

I know the problem, but not the cause. My driver side inside pad is rubbing the rotor at an angle. The bottom side of the pad is rubbing the inside of the rotor constantly. Making a metal on metal sound. the sound is rational to speed and turning. The noise is worse when turning right.
Here is what it's not (because I have replaced them)....
Axle shaft(inner, outer and wheel joint)
Bearing hub assembly
Steering knuckle
Caliper, pads and rotor
Any help, thoughts or ideas would be great. Thanks.
