Is there a rear disk conversion for the '97 Tahoe 4WD

I've had my Tahoe for about 1.5 years now, and I've had constant issues with the rear brakes. I know it's the rear/ b/c I feel it in my butt when I slow down (not in the steering wheel) and I can feel it shudder when I use the foot brake only.

So far, I've had the drums turned and replaced, and had the pads sanded. The pads appear to be in good shape, so I haven't changed them yet. I'm mechanically inclined, but really really hate to work on drum brakes, so I may have to take it somewhere to have it looked at.

I was just condering if anyone knows if there's a disk rear brake kit of the '97?
