95-99 Sentra?

Any differences in the years? Is a certain year better then another? I see a lot of great reviews all over the web on these cars. Great gas mileage, reliable bur I cant seem to find any differences with years and models. Im pretty much looking for a car good on gas and reliable so I figure the Sentra would be the car for me. I want power windows, sunroof and a stick. Thanks

The 99 Sentra SE-L is the only 95-99 Sentra with a different motor. Every other model with get you great gas mileage.

Re: 95-99 Sentra?

It's ok, but not great. About the same as a newer SE-R Spec-V. 24city/30highway. With a 1.6 Sentra or 200SX, expect nearly 30city/40highway.

Re: 95-99 Sentra?

it's the best used car for the money, if you want performance and reliability.

Talon/Eclipse is cheaper and faster, but no reliability. Everything else is slower, until you get into the really expensive cars.

The SR20DE engine in a SE-R beats some cars that cost three times as much!
