body kit for a '92 escort gt
just curious if someone makes a body kit for this make and model. Am willing to modify lightly. Hoping for a big mouth style kit.

There aren't many parts made specifically for Escorts, however, 1990-1994 Mazda 323/Proteges are very closely related to the 91-96 Escort. Your best bet would be to get a kit for one of those cars...it will need minor modification around the grill and headlight area, but will most likely fit perfectly otherwise. Some examples of kits for the 323/Protege include this JDM GTR bumper:

the '90 to '94 Sentra front bumper is a decent fit you will need to mod the grill ligts area to get it to fit, there are a couple of nice aftermarket bumpers for it.
