96 SS: Where is the fuel pump relay?

Car has been parked all winter, has over a 1/4 tank of gas.

Spark is there
It has compression
BUT, I can't hear the fuel pump turn on when I put the key 'on'
I sprayed starting fuel in, it shot out a flame, then I put the intake pipe back on and it started up for a second or two..so its definitely a fuel problem.

I checked the injector fuse(located on the right hand side of the motor) and its good. So, now its either the fuel pump or the fuel pump relay, correct?..where is the fuel pump relay located?

You are correct, it is one or the other...
Also...did you add some fresh gas? the old gas probably isnt quite up to par...
If you dont have one, you should get a Haynes manual for your year camaro...mine is an 89 so I couldnt tell you where the relay is(which sounds like the problem to me if it aint a fuse)
If you wait, Im shure someone will tell you where the relay is...good luck

They (relays) should all be in the maxi fuse junction box I believe.

I have a 95 and the relay is on the inside, driver side under the kick pannel.
