Codes I'm getting - 332, 141, 161, and 719

Hey guys, I just bought an 03 Sierra SLE 1500 Z71 on Friday. SES light was on when I got it, and I just scanned the codes.

I'm getting:
-332 - Knock Sensor 2 Low Input
-141 - 02S Heater Circuit, Bank 1 Sens 2 Malfunction
-161 - 02S Heater Circuit, Bank 2 Sens 2 Malfunction
-719 - Torque Converter Switch B Low

Now I found a fuse in the panel under the hood, marked something along the lines of 02S 2, that was blown. I'd like to believe it had something to do with the rear 02 sensors.

Would the 332 Knock Sensor 2 code be because of the moisture getting into the rear knock sensor? I'd like to know for sure before I pull the intake.

But I'm stumped on the 719 code?
