Angry Clutch Squeaks

OK, for those of you who remember my previous thread on this, I need some suggestions. The old thread is located here:

http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...threadid=48890

Now, the fix I made with the electrical tape unfortunately has failed. After about a couple weeks of shifting, the piston on the slave cylinder ground through both layers and with no grease underneath the tape, you can imagine how loud it was.

Problem is: What else can I use that could withstand the grind for a prolonged period of time? Suggestions are welcome please.

Also, I'm thinking that maybe a replacement piston for the slave cylinder may be a solution. Maybe the piston used to have a layer of teflon at the end or something so it wasn't metal on metal. Just a thought cause if it were always metal on metal, then greasing it up now should resolve problem.
