WAI for 2.2L Worth It?

Hey guys as some of you know I have a 96 cav with 222,000 km's on it, for those of you who dont, check out my sig jk

Anyways, i just installed a WAI for my friends 03 dodge dakota and it seems to make a bit of a diff, it definately sounds much better, more of a grumble. He notices some more kick too. I was wondering if it would make a diff for my cav if I had one on there, would it give it a pinch more of noticeable power and gas milage? Or is it not worth it? Thanks

You might notice a little tiny bit of pep to your cav but it will burn more gas because more air = more fuel required to get the exra little bit of power.

Hmm, I thought it would help the milage because i used the same amount of gas but just packs more air in ur cylinders? Hmm..

it'll sound difference and you might get 5 more milles per tank thats about it. Worth it depends on if you like the sound or not and also dpends what you want the engine bay to look like

1-3 HP at most and it will save on gas miliage as he said above but it does make a pretty big sound difference...sounds alot better especially if you have a manual (i dont no if it makes a difference on the auto but i cant comment for an automatic cuz i dont have 1)

I think the only difference would be the downfall on the rpm's if you don't shift fast, never thought about that

It will help you out. I know i went on a led foot spree when i got my WAI...

Then i disliked the look of the fat filter just sitting in my engine bay, so i went CAI... Also met some ppl and got a discount.
