Re: supercharger problems

What did you do with your SC , the rattling could have been fixed for $30- $40 .It is a coupler in the nose cone, take off cone replace coupler, use RTV gasket glu and put nose back on.
Maybe you have a vacuum leak or your BCS booster control solonoid is bad. Also how do you know how much boost your getting, is it by the factory gauge.

Re: supercharger problems

I dont know what you mean by black can, but if it is the little black cylinder looking thing in front of SC then it should be opening when you use boost maybe it is bad.

Re: supercharger problems

Carlos boost should be about7-8 .Possible factory guage could be wrong they arent accurate. That boost actuator(sorry the roundish thing is actuator the square one under is boost solonoid) should be closed at idle and open while revving depnd how much rpm.The solonoid tells the actuator what to do.Try taking the vac line off the bottom of actuator and see if you get boost , if you do the solonoid is probably bad.If nothing changes then actuator may be bad.First thing I would do though is make sure none of your vac lines are leaking , fllow them and look for cracking, or leaks.I am also wondering if when you replace the SC if it gasket sealed properly. One more thing to check is TPS .FIRST CHECK VAC LEAKS.
