Revell Mitsubishi Eclipse Or Amt Eclipse?

what i should buy?the 2 kits look very similar..i build supra from amt and it was very nice model...now revell is good but not so good as tamiya models.please help me ...i will bid on ebay soon... thanks!

Get the Revell one, it's a hundred times better than the AMT one.

deffinately go with the revell eclipse. It is alot better kit then the AMT kit. the AMT kit has a 1 peice body with the body kit already molded in, and it just lacks detail all around, the engine is poor as well. The revell kit you have a couple different choices for the body kit and 3 sets of rims, and the interior, engine and chassis detail are alot better...........*Ryan*

The only thing you don't have with the revell kit is the original front bumper :-(

I haven't built either, but from built pictures of both I'd say the Revell looks more accurate and crisp. I also have the Revell one, and it is a rather nice kit.

i was going to buy the amt because is the fast and furious car...now all you agree for the revell...i will buy the revell and make it green and as close as the fast and furious model.i hope i can make it look like the original

The AMT body is better to build the movie car from. The Revell is better, as in the kit is better, and is more realistic. Are you trying to build specifically, the FnF Eclipse? Or just a general Eclipse model?

i am thinking of make it red metallic with white graphics..i have already buy it from ebay revell 2n1 kit..is it standard and custom bumbers? what about the spoilers? any metallic spoiler?

There are no sotck bumpers for an Eclipse in that kit. They do look more like the US Eagle Talon though. I do not know what you mean about the other parts tho.

i think it is BEST for you to buy a few things first without consulting and then decide for yourself (that's why *insert diety of your choice here* gave us a brain) which kit/kit manufacturer you prefer or think is better. That way, you won't have to ask people everytime you want to buy a new kit.

no, i am saying that you will learn more for yourself why people say such things when you can see for yourself first hand the differences between the kits.
buy a few from different makers and see what "problems" they have and then you'd have a better idea of what the kits are going to be like and what to expect.

i have a picture from many models,here we are talking about 2 same cars from different manufacturers.i do not see the point why not to ask what the other modelers prefer
