Where can i get a B16 or a B18C1??

I live in Northeastern New Jersey and i was wondering where i could get a B16A1 or a B18C1. I want to put either of these engines in any body style civic between '92-'00, preferrably the hatchback or the coupe. I want to find a store/shop that i could get one of these engines at thats not all ghetto. I mean some place where i know that the engine is perfectly alright where i wont have to worry about getting a big piece of used crap. How much do either of these engines go for with ALL the necessary parts that NEED to go with it? You see i was planning on finding a high mileage model as listed above and using it till i can afford to do an engine swap. What would i need to make any of these swaps in general assuming i have a completely stock body? Would i need a tranny? ECU? Wiring harnesses? Can anyone give me a complete list of the things i would need to make the complete swap that would be very slowly turned into a performance menace? Any help would be COMPLETELY appreciated. Thanks alot guys! I love to write!

Talk to board member Sparq. He has a business that deals in selling engines. Great guy, great customer service, and I can guarantee he won't do you wrong!
