2003 climate control not working properly

Hello Guys

Our 2003 Sable is starting to fall apart @48 thousand miles. The most recent item is the climate control only some of the buttons will work, some of the time. Also the passenger side front door power window is not working, any ideas any one ?

Yes the window is the easy one, I haven't fooled with it since it has been so cold outside, it's warming up so I will dig into it soon. The climate control is my main concern, that just has to work.
