lug nuts

So i got a new to me, slightly used set of tires for my truck to replace my bald ones, but when i went to take off the driver side front wheel, I found two of the five lugs were stripped, and all of them were locked. I got the first three off with a breaker bar, but i cannot get the remaining two off because no tools i have will grab the nuts hard enough to turn them. I am assuming they are rusted on like the others. I have no torch, and cannot get a nut splitter around the lugs. any ideas will be appreciated.
