How to remove a driver side window in a 97 conv?

Someone please show me a how to or any tips on replacing the driver side window in a conv cavailer 97? Somebody decided to smash it out so i am buying a new one now. Thanks

well....i know u have 2 take the front cover of the door off...i replaces my front speakers and when i took the cover of the door off i could see the window but i drive a 2000 so its a different body style and stuff...
