Anyone remember what chemicals was used to refinish the plastics/area around windows

Hey there use to be a thread on here, and I tried searching for it, that said what products/chemicals to buy and use to fix the area around the windows and the black trim.. basically from the dull look back to the original shinny look.

Any info would be great..
