Unhappy '87 CRX Si problems

My 5 speed Si stalls when stopping at lights/intersections. If you do a rolling stop the car goes from ~300 RPM to ~2500 RPM very quickly. However, if you rev the engine while stopped the car won't stall. I have cleaned the throttle body with carbon remover and a toothbrush, no change. Is this a fuel/ignition problem? Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Re: '87 CRX Si problems

It idles at ~2000 RPM and runs fine. The only time it stalls is when decelerating/stopping.
