Location of Headlamp Dusk Sensor - Bonneville '96

I think that I need to replace my Headlamp Dusk Sensor but I don't know where it is or how to get to it to replace it.

Here is my situation:
At night when I start the car, the headlights/dash lights will come on.
After about 2 minutes, the headlights/dash lights will go off and leave the DRL's on.

Thanks for any help.

Thanks, do you know if it just pulls out from the top (any special techniques/tools?) or does it have to come out from the bottom?

Any idea what the actual part number is for a replacement?

The GM computer isn't real clear. It appears it pops into it's wiring harness like a "peanut style" light bulb does, but I'm not sure. GM part # 0914032 and it's dealer only.
