Re: engine SWAP
yah, if you don't want to be treated like shit by guru crunchymilk, just read the rules, and check out the stickies about doing it, it's alot of work, it's do-able. But, if you have the know how, and the cash, of course it will fit, read the stickie up there. It'll tell you everything you need to know. Hope that helps.

Re: engine SWAP
Damnit guys, why do I always gotta be the nice one??
Alright, heres the facts. Both the motors are pretty much identical blocks except for the internals in the block. The 93 has a 7-bolt crankshaft and the 91 has a 6-bolt crank. You COULD take off the turbo setup and bolt it onto your engine, but remember the internals are different and compression ratio varies a bit between the two. The whole turbo motor will technically "drop in" but I can't tell you exactly what you'll need to change in order to make the turbo engine work. My opinion: Put turbo internals in YOUR motor and use the 4g63t motor as a "pick and pull" motor.

Re: engine SWAP
My opinion: burn the 93 and claim insurance. Doing a 6 bolt swap isnt overly hard, but IMO unless you have a well built track car, putting that much effort into a 93 is pointless. If I were you, I wouldnt swap or put the turbo shit on the 93, I would go and find yourself a 90-92 with a blown or no engine and put the good engine in there. Way better use of your time and money. As stated above, do some research. You could have found the answers to your questions in a matter of minutes and you would have been spared a good flaming.
