I bought a 95 regal 3.8. Engine blew. I have a 3.1 98 lumina with a blow tran with the 4t60 from the regal fit in the 98 lumina with the 3.1?

I'm gonna say no. Different control systems. OBD II on the Lumina's drivetrain, OBD I on the Regal, even if the bellhousings and cases physically matched in size. The Regal's ECM couldn't control the shifting on the other one.
