1994 TC door lock not working

I have a 1994 Sig TC and this morning the Driver's door made that grinding sound that said I'm not locking with the remote or from the switch. I can lock the car door with the key. Also the Passenger rear is doing the same but only in reverse, it won't unlock by remote or from the switch.

Can anyone tell me the name of the part I am looking to replace and maybe some good step by step guide on how to get the door apart without breaking anything?

Sounds like the actuators are going bad.

There's lots of Door Panel removal posts in this Lincoln forum, try the search.
