1992 bonneville wiper problem
My wiper won't "park" when turned off, and usually stay on all the time. They will work in high, low, and delay. They just won't turn off!!! I replaced the wiper relay, (black cover ontop of wiper motor), but still having problem. Pease HELP!

You may need a windshield wiper-motor park switch. It's located just below the delay board you already replaced and has 3 terminals that come out of the end of the motor assembly opposite the round canister. GM part #22063283. There are 3 contacts between it and the delay board that may just need to be cleaned if they are dirty or corroded.
