Oem Radio Question
Hello All I Wanted To See If Anybody Could Help A Fello Jeep Lover Out!!!! I Just Bought A 89 Cherokee And The Oem Am Fm Cassett Radio Will Not Come On. I Checked The Fuse In The Fuse Box And On The Back Of The Raio And They Are Fine. I Guess My Question Is Do You Have To Enter In Something Special On The Radio To Get It Up And Running??? Like A Theft Code Or Something??? Its Been To Quiet In My Car Lately And Any Help Would Be Great Thanks

Nope. You need to check that you have a good ground, have 12v+ constant power and also 12v switched accessory going to the radio. If you do, you have a bad unit.
