New transmission in 2003 Yukon Denali AWD

2003 Yukon Denali replaced trans @ 60000 miles , is a recalibration required along with a flow control adjustments if so what are they for. Dealer states they are require and the warranty company will not pay for the 2.1 hours it takes to complete those task.

Re: New transmission in 2003 Yukon Denali AWD

My same reaction, I only towed maybe three times , once was house hold trash, plywood , old barbeque grill and yard waste on a 4 X 8 trailer. 2nd was on the same trailor with 20 boxes of hardwood flooring and the third was on the same trailor carrying a murrey 52inch 15 horsepower riding mower. Just started aggressively jerking from 1st into 2nd gear and then the maintenance light came on. I had a 1999 Denali and was able to get 280000miles with only 2 waterpumps and one fuel pump replacement.
