Twice it says HKS STYLE BOV. It's a cheap immitation.
Will it work? Dunno. Might be off on fitment and need some retarded adapter to make it fit. Or it might hook up fine. Either way, it's open loop and can/will lead to some rich conditions and possible stalling as Blink mentioned.
