color maching

Hey people. I have a mitsubishi eclipse gst for now. I was thinking about painting my car silver. And painting the interior with blue interior pieces and anything that i can change to blue. You Guys think this would be a good color match with the outside of car and with the inside of car?

Re: color maching

I had a black interior with blue highlights on my old spyder and it looked badass. With a silver interior i think it would be awefully nice..

I'm not sure about a pure blue interior though that may be too much with a silver exterior.

Re: color maching

Is that your car in your sig(which you could also shrink a little to help the dial-up people)? Whats wrong with the paint on it? I personally think it looks good except the style of wing, but that is just my taste, not that it really looks bad. Why not bring some pearlescent white and the blue you have on the exterior into the car? Just my thoughts. I guess if your board with it and want something different I would say the silver and blue would be a pretty good match all the way around. But it of course depends on the shades and what not. my

A good reason not to put it in your sig.

Re: color maching

i think blue seems to look good with almost any color . but thats just my

also i thought about doing that to my wide body gs but with a metallic silver with big metal flakes so i would kinda sparkle . but then i thought about it and i was afraid it would look like a fishing lure lol

That is an awesome analogy. I personally only like really big metal flake on old school choppers, other than that I prefer the fine 85% of the time and the medium the other 15%.
