I don't believe that crap about 600cfm. Did you see the turbine on the inside of the unit? Please!! It may put out 1-2 psi. Is there a warranty on this product? I bet there is, but only on the case or something crappy like that. Sounds like this guy had a lot of his buddies give him good ratings, but there's too many fraud complaints against the guy. How many? 2, but that's too many. Forget it and buy a real product that's REALLY been tested and works FOR REAL. That damn thing looks like a snap-togerther model. It was worth a look, though. Happy boosting!

Same here. The turbine is a barrel fan constructed of plastic

Here is another cheap POS on eBay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1842630848

It looks like one of those battery operated fans that don't spin fast enough to keep the sweat off your brow...

Here's a good one I prefer.
Sad that guy spent 105 bucks on a blower for a boat.
LOL the local marine stores sell them for like 18 bucks.
Goto homemaderturbo.com and they tried it.
anyway i think this ZET TWIN TURBO is worth the money.
anybody want to join for a group buy?

If you meant volume flow rate (cfm), then get a spoon... he didn't specify a pressure, just a volume flow rate. I don't really think that the blower in the picture flows 650 cfm, simply because it looks so much smaller than other 650cfm units out there, but it's not all that hard to make a fan with a high flow rate. The hard thing is to make a fan with a high flow rate at 7psi boost.

here are some examples:
http://www.unclejoes.com/electric_blowers.htm
http://www.saftgard.com/anonymous/ca...ed%20Space.pdf

On the second page, in the first paragraph (A), read the portion about the DC axial blower.

yeh those things are such a fraud. I've heard that one psi of boost is produced from a turbo fan rpm of like 20,000rpm....I don't think a plastic fan exists that can go over 150,000 rpm....that's the size of your intake...plus if you don't believe me...ever felt the suction from your intake manifold before....god it'll tear your damn arm off....sorry 640cfm is not even as strong as a dust buster. it's a scam...if it really worked well, it would be plastered all over import tuner and super street. any one agree with me here?
