2003 Directional Mirrors

My wife currently has a 2003 Windstar with the regular power mirrors. I was wondering if it were possible to install the power directional mirrors on her car. I saw some in a junk yard and was wondering if the wiring harness on her car would have the connections for this or would this be a separate harness?

My Ford Windstar is a 2001 and I have the electrical wiring diagram for it.
I did not remove the front inside panel door but according to the book the turn directional harness should be present near the mirror on each door.
