how much horsepower will a skunk2 66mm throttle body get you with a 96 integra ls with i/h/e or what would be another option to get around 250 dollars to gain around 10 horsepower.

I doubt a bigger throttle body on a stock LS engine is going to gain you much, certainly not 10hp. The numbers quoted by performance parts manufacturer's are usually absurdly optomistic. You can get an intake manifold for that price, and gain some peak hp. A tech at a dyno shop should be more helpful.

A bigger T-body and an upgraded IM are both a waste of $. You'll sacrifice low end power for a slight gain in peak power. Gaining peak power is worthless unless you're going to redline or come close to redline everytime you drive it. So both would suck (pun intended) for daily/street driving where you spend most of you're time in the low to mid range of your powerband. Now if you had more internal modifications (higher compression pistons and cams) or forced induction, they might be worth the $. If you only want to spend $250 to get 10+hp, find someone who is selling a used nitrous kit and try not to blow your sh*t up. But honestly, just save your $ for something worth buying (better tires, suspension, cams, pistons, etc).

have suspension and good tires but do not want to go the nitrous route but what cams would you suggest to get or have you herd of the DEI CRYO2

ive never heard of that...crower cams are popular with the LS motor

I hear ya on the nitrous thing, but I had to throw that out there. For cams, I would look into Crower. I've read a lot of good things about there LS cams. But with any cam over their stage 1 (or any companies for that matter); you'll need to upgrade your valvetrain as well. You can find some cams for $350-500 and the valvetrain will cost about the same.

The DEI CryO2 doesn't seem worth the high price tag. You have to buy the tank and installation kit (around $350-400) and then buy the intake kit (around $150). It'd be better with a turbocharger, where colder air will really make a difference in power.
