99 windstar transponder key
I just bought a 99 windstar and it has that stupid transponder key. I only got one key with it, and know you need two, to program another one. Is there a way to bypass the transponder thing, so that I could use a regular key, and save myself a lot of money?

Heh. Good luck my freind, PATS is a @#*(#&!@!!!!.
Keys are $35 cdn and probably $40 for programming as they have to pull the code from the computer that PATS is looking for and program it to the key, even remote starters have to program the bypass box to pretend its the second key. What can I say. Pats works..
