tranny gets stuck in gear until restart

i have the same problem as audrean...

the problem is while driving as the car tries to go to 3rd gear it slips or something and gets stuck in 2nd gear....(does not always happen)...when it does happen i just restart the car and it works fine again... usually this happens when i'm taking off from a stop sign or red light...on freeway everything seems fine cause i'm already in the higher gears....

I tried what L-Spec says...'put it neutral and rev it a little bit' i tried that like 5-6 times and still didn't work...still stuck in gear...until i restart it....

i thought it was a bad TCM, so i replaced that but it still happens....
the only error code i ever got was 'rear O2 sensor', but i clear it and it hasn't came back on since... i checked my Tranny Fluid, seems fine...
right now i'm thinking maybe bad wires....i dunno...

so what do you guys think could be the cause of this problem??
