Sunfire doing wierd F*&^ up things

On the highway my wipers won't turn off after I hit 60 mph. This is can be really anoying. Any one know who to fix this? And also im getting a rattling noice when hiting the gas pedal and shifting gears. All of my engine mounts and transmission mounts are fine. A mechanic told me it was normal for sunfires and cavs to rattle when shifting......this normal?????

rattleing being normal lol that would ne wierd. It is normal for a lot of road noise but not while shifting. My car rattled alot when you let off the gas because the cat was messed up. Maybe that could be an issue. But the windshield wipers could be a regulator of some sort.

Kick it. I've seen alot of people pull the fuse in that case. Knew a guy that every time he put the fuse in the wipers were on full blast. We changed the switch and motor and still had the same problem. Maybe your switch could be messing up as well.
