Rear brakes from drum to disk

Any one able to help me figure out what i need to convert my rear breaks from drum to disk? I am getting some open rims so i would rather have th look of disk in the back rather than that gay lookin drum stuff. My car is and 03 Lancer OZ Rally. Any help woudl be much appreciated!

there's a couple write ups on some Mirage forums abotu this. The Lancer shares a lot of suspension compnents with the last gen Mirage so that's a place to start. There'a a company in australia called RPW (www.rpw.au) that makes a supposed direct bolt on kit, but I've not had great luck getting straight answers or pictures of the kit from them. on evolutionm.net there's a few threads about it.
