Two tone paint
Hi, I'm going to spray my 1/16 '57 corvette red and white the traditional colours, but what colour should I spray first, the white on the side or the main body colour? Also do you think i shoud do the chrome trim around the side before or after spraying as I've read a lot about people just scraping the paint off of the BMF? Thanks for your help

Re: Two tone paint
Always start with the lightest color and work towards the darkest color.
Scraping paint off bmf sounds like a recipe for disaster.....BMF the trim after painting and polishing.

Re: Two tone paint
Step 1. Primer with Tamiya spray White primer
Step 2. Paint entire body white and polish out as usual Step 3. Mask off shite areas and spray body red Step 4. Polish out the body again Step 5. Apply Bright Chrome BMF Step 6. Admire your work...;-)> HTH, Bill
