How to remove door panels from a '66

I was wondering if anyone could explain or has an article on how to remove a 1966 Impala SS door panels. Thanks

You need to pick up a door handle removal tool to get the window cranks & handles off first. Then look for the obvious screws for the arm rests, also don't forget the door lock buttons. The panel clips to the door around the perimeter of the sides and bottom. Something wide like a putty knife works well for this. Just lift the panel slowly and they should pop out. If you break a few, any decent parts house should have new ones.

OK. So, I removed everything. And now the door handle on the arm rest is in the way. There's a screw in it. I removed it and it still won't budge. Any help?
