Talking 1996 Nissan Max SE Long Starting Issue?

Hi All I really need help,
Yes the car runs great when it finally starts though it can start ok once, then next time take two long cranks to start and maybe i will have to crank it a third or an extended time for it to catch. Now i had original plug in it for over 86,000, i just replaced them to see if that was causing the long crank issue, well it didn't solve it. Right now i am wait for the day i need a tow truck when it doesn' t start at all. I have replaced everything i thought could have cause this, fuel filter, plugs, temp sensor.
So can anyone help me with the 1996 Max SE it has 86,000 miles on it and this suddenly happened. Though when car was new it sometimes took longer to start sometimes, now it got worse after 10 years of use?
I hope someone can help i may have to take it to a mechanic for big $$$

thanks,
Phil
