Can I replace P215/65R15 95H tires with P215/75r15 100S tires?

Uh, I think you don't need to be in the Nissan Xterra section.
And if for some reason you want those dinky tires on your X, you should post in the Tires and Wheels section...

Of course it's a "don't know" because we don't know what you are putting them on. Obviously it's not a Nissan Xterra because the Xterra was never fitted with a tire that small in any configuration. So, you need to go to a forum for your vehicle, whatever that is.
