need some advice
 2005 honda civic just noticed the car is covered in really bad scratch marks even the window is cut bad, all around what can I do? I went back to the car wash and he said tuff luck because it was self serve but I have a witness that I washed it out (the brush), per their instructions this isn't just paint........my glass is F-UP grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr what can I do? its a LEASED vechile, if that means anything I know I'm hooped

if it came from the car wash brush you would have to be doing to insanely hard scrubbing, which is your own fault. Car wash is of no fault for stuff like this.
