You have no rights when you commit a crime!

I just heard a story
of a theif whos suing because he was shot 3 times while he was robbing someones house.
I keep hearing stupid things like this.

The second you commit a crime your rights are gone.

The second someone ever tries to steal something of mine or endanger my life - im going to unleash all the lead i can

And another thing
Drunk Drivers need to be shot once in each leg
that way theyll freaking remember the next they get in a car drunk
and kill off all the innocent people

and another thing
they say alerting ppl that a sexoffender is moving to their town is an invasion of privacy - when you commited the crime you lost your right to privacy!

I agree...true criminals have too many rights. Kids get treated like murders when they tag, murderers get treated like victoms.

Yea, I totally agree, after hearing so many murderers going with pity pleas and ACTUALLY getting pity from the people. It really amazes me how people acutally feel for someone who has damming evidence of commiting the murder. But I do agree if you have commited a sexual offense or some other horrible crime your neighbors should be notified.

I hate sexoffenders...i've had alot of very good friends raped...needless to say I did simpathise with murders when I learned.

I agree criminals should have absoultly no rights once they commit a crime.

About a year ago in NZ this happened;
Some drunk guy was in a country town smashing up everything, and threating citizens. So along come the police, because of the serious of the situation our cops were actually armed for once (very unusual). One constable pulls his pistol out, and repeatdly tells this crim to stand down and stop. The criminal keeps approaching the cop, so he lets off a warning shot. The crim keeps coming, swinging some for of bat. So the cop does the sensible thing and fires at the man, thus killing him.

Now this officer is being charged for murder, because he shot a criminal.

Thats retarded, if the cop just shot a shot or two too take him down and the guy died, then there is no way he should be charged with murder...

Now, If he shot him till he fell down, then ran over and shot him a few more times while he was on the ground... that would be a different story :P

just like those "racist" cops who "beat" that black guy up

he committed a crime
he attacked the officers

if i was the cop i would have busted a cap in his foot
and call it an accident

they say that cops arent supposed to reacte back to someone
who attacks them
i say thats bullcrap and if you do something to harm someone
expect something of equal or worse to happen to you

Yea, the real criminals get what they deserve, but some cops are just plain mean...

My friend got pulled over for having his stereo too loud, the cop said "Your high, your driving under the influence"

Then he searched my friends car (finding nothing), talked a whole bunch of shit and shook and yelled him when he put on his baseball cap...

That is a situation where you actually have rights (his music was a little loud... Who fucking cares?), and the cops go against them, my friend was totally cooperating and the cop was just power crazy or something...

Anyways... real criminals have no rights... normal people who haven't done anything wrong do...

If i had the power, i would put all the criminals who sued (for falling off ladders while robbing houses) up for a firing squad, give the people they sued their money back, and put up whoever made that beat decision like the judge or jury up to the firing squad too. Maybe then we can get rid of the "stupid" gene. Then i'd get rid of all of those stupid laws saying you cant attack a robber in your house. I'd make it mandatory that all family's must carry a locked and loaded assault rifle, somehwere where the chillun' can't get to them, but any parent can should the need arise. Sorta like in Switzerland (iirc). I'd put the country under a lax martial law for a while, just to calm things down, and any criminals can get shot by an M-16, and guess what, NO ONE will be able to sue.

This world is getting fucking ridiculous. I want to move off and start a colony on Mars, terraform and the lot, and enstate those laws. Then i'll make myself immortal just so this sorta of stupidity doesn't happen again. And bring you AF people, where you can help me make sure stupidity doesn't spread.
