i'm an idiot, i know
i really should know this, but what are the exact differences between a dx, ex, hx, and cx? i know what si is (i'm not THAT ignorant), but i was just wondering what the differences between the other ones are. thanks

The main differences come in standard equipment, including in the amount of horsepower the engine puts out. If you check the FAQ, i'm sure there's a topic on this already.

it depends on the year ur loest trim level dx has...nothing i know i had one.. mine was a 94 w/ power steering no power options otherwise and smallest engine..(102hp) a 92-95 lx adds power options a few luxuries same crappy engine..ex adds sunroof cd player vtec and a 125-127 hp engine.. im not so sure about hx one of them is a lean rice burner.. there was also a cx i think like i siad it varies by year.. 96-00 dx (106hp) same options as previous body..a 1.5 (dx/lx) 1.6vtec (ex) i have a 02 and as far as i know all engines are 1.7 non vtec(dx/lx)(115hp) ex(1.7 vtec)(125-7hp).....i know there a lean burning vtec in thERE somewhere..and 01+ has a hybrid 50mpg..ok my brain hurts..but there u go
