RE12 Questions
I just purchased a RE12 from reaudio and i was wondering a few things. first, what amp would be good for these. i know they do not need a lot of power and i really like hifonics amps, but i am open to suggestions. probably looking to spend around $150 via ebay. also, i have 2 alpine SPS-690A subs(50 watts RMS, 250 max) 6x9s in the rear deck, would a two channel amp allow me to power both the sub and the 6x9s? and lastly, how much difference would i notice between a ported and a sealed box running this sub? thanks in advance.

Re: RE12 Questions
Port it to 32hz, and give it around 250wmrs.

Re: RE12 Questions
1cuft@ 32Hz
giving it 175 TRUE RMS is more than enough, will probably bottom out even with that. look into a US amps IS2080 got mine fore 110 shipped and you are not going to get better than US amps for that price range. |
