Cool Re: Coolinf Fan inop

The connector to the power steering pump relay that turns the haydraulic line pressure from low to high is not connected.
It happens nearly every time a non fluent mechanic changes the drive belts.

There is no failure rate. If the engine is turning over with a belt on it. The power steering pump is working the motor. The only other cause is to burn the fuse out that supplys the cooling fan ECU with power. Which... Never happens either.

It's the wire not plugged into the powersteering pump.

From the top:

From the passanger wheel well:

If you bridge OP1 & E1 in the Diagnostic port in the engine bay with the engine running. It will open that solenoid, causing the fan to spin fast.
If it doesn't spin fast. It's disconnected. If it does spin fast, then the cooling fan ECU's fuse is dead. Replace it.
