i have a 1997 monte carlo ls and i was wonderin if any 1 new of any ways to make it have more hp thanx

The 3.1 and 3.4 GM V-6's don't take well to mods. About all you can do is open up the intake and exhaust and make it breathe better.

aftermarket cold air intake, hi-flow catalytic converter, flowmaster or equivalent low restriction mufflers.
