97 ZX2 Airbag flashing code 24 - help!
Hi,
I have a 97 Escort ZX2 with the 2.0L engine. Everything is stock. Today, I noticed the airbag indicator was on. When I start the engine, the indicator flashes a code 24 (2 flashes - pause - 4 flashes). Does anyone know what this is? Or, can someone point me to a list of error codes? Thanks, TVGuy07

might be that one of the airbags has gone bad (the wireing atleast)
also...there technicly is no 97 zx2, zx2's built in 97 were sold at 98's

Thanks for the reply. You're right. I meant 98.
Must've been too early in the AM for my brain. :-) Anyway, I'm still hoping to find out what the error code means, so I have a starting point, for troubleshooting. TVGuy07
