2000 dakota rear locks and windows acting up!

I have a 2000 dakota quad cab sport. My rear door locks, first one, then a month later the other both started making a loud buzzing or grinding noise when locked or unlocked. If its the actuator does anyone have pics of where this would be? Also my power windows sometimes work sometimes don't. Sometimes one will work and the other won't. I know it may be the switches but if so could the front switch to the rear window have anything to do with it? Or just the rear switches?
