If is exists (which it does), it can be used on models...

Look at Kicker's ITR.

Alclad II makes prismatic paint as does House of Colors.

Also, people tell me prismatic paint is used all the time for nail polish, so if you're secure in your masculinity (and have an airbrush) you can visit a beauty store and try to get some! The more expensive ones spray better, obviously.

Dupli-Color makes a color shifting paint "system" called MIRAGE
It comes in 3 11oz cans 1 primer,2 color coat,3 clear coat
It works great I've used it on a model ,it's lacquer and goes on smooth
dries quickly(sandable in 24 hrs). It's about $20 here in the US.
check their web site Dupli-Color

Sorry guys.

Sorry guys i just don't like Chameleon I mean my cousins stepdad is a drag racer and he has the real deal Dupont Chameleon, that cost around $600+ for a pint, on his dragster and my cousins little brother has it on his Jr Dragster but I just dont think its all that good I mean its kinda old because they had it on theirs for like 3 years. But he gets it for free now because he uses so much of it and he buys so much paint from dupont thats cause he does body work for cars.

So what I'm saying is I dont like the paint and I'll have to post pics later.

I know that TVR makes the sexiest colors on the planet. I was actually looking to see if anyone made a Tuscan model and then would have used chameleon paint. But since the paint doesnt seem like a problem, the only problem is that I don't think anyone makes ANY TVR models. The only models I can find are diecast. And that the paint is really quite expensive. btw, I saw your Modena (its quite a jaw-dropper) but didn't get much of a chance to read about it... Did you pick up that paint straight from the TVR factory?
