Only when i do start my caprice sometimes not always white smoke comes out the mufflers,when the engine start running nothing shows up.

It's probably more of a bluish white - nothing serious to worry about as long as you're not consuming oil out of character - it's generally caused by oil seeping past hardened valve guide seals and into the combustion chamber as the engine sits.
