hey,
does anyone know of any other websites to get turbos from besides like modernperformance and howellautomotive.

Are you looking for just the turbo or the whole kit? If you are looking for a kit, then Modern, Hahn, Howell, and Chill Factory are the only ones who sell kits for the neon that I know of. If you are just looking for the turbo, then there are plenty of places online.
