sr20det install problem, help please

well we are almost there, but we seem to have a few probs...
i have a 93 manual nissan 240sx swapping in a 98blacktop s13 motor (not s14)
1. all the wiring is done excet according to everyfaq ive read it says for the harness plugs in the engine bay, connect the green with yellow stripe wire from the sr plug to the ka plug. sounds simple enough, but i have 2 green and yellow stripe wires in the red plug on the sr harness. which one do i use, are they the same thing, can i just use one or should i splice them together. i looked at the ecu plug that goes into it(the big blue one) and there are 2 green w/yellow stripes wire goin into there. so they dont merge. according to the faqs its supposed to be the ac relay wires im connectin

2.ive read diff things, do i need to swap the alternator off the ka and put it on the sr? also i read to use the ka compressor, and the dohc one should fit, will it doesnt, any advise?

3. the powersteering pump on the sr has one less connection then the ka one, so i assume use the ka pump, but it doesnt mount either, any help on that would be appreciated too.

thanks for all the help, hopefully we'll have her running this week
